CONTEMPORY STUDIO GEM IN LA
Our little studio is walking distance to the town centre where there are an abundance of trendy and iconic restaurants, bars and cafes including major box retail stores, supermarkets and the famous Sony studios. The house is situated in a very family friendly and safe area ..where neighbors actually talk to each other!!
The Studio itself is beautifully appointed and was just recently renovated from ground up. A special feature is the open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a sunny rear patio with a BBQ area and pebbles stone ground - A truly tranquil oasis quiet and away from the madding crowds!!
Inside the studio, dining area and an open kitchen with chefs stove and designer cabinets. The patio doors lead out onto the pebbles stone patio with an BBQ area.
There is a bathroom finished to a high standard with shower and walk in wet room. Ample closets and storage abound.
The studio has wireless internet, cable TV and on street parking where there IS an abundance of on street parking. We pride ourselves in having high standards of cleanliness and make sure that you get a good nights sleep by providing high quality linens and bedding.
