ABOUT ANRÁN CORPORATE & EVENT VENUE
ANRÁN offers a collection of versatile indoor and outdoor spaces suited to corporate events, business meetings, conferences, and executive retreats. From intimate boardroom discussions to larger-scale gatherings and brand events, the estate provides a discreet and professional setting designed to support focus, collaboration, and creativity.
With 14 guest rooms accommodating up to 40 guests, a Glamping Site that houses up to 16 bell tents and a pub within 15 minutes walk of the estate, ANRÁN is equally suited to residential stays, whether for multi-day training programs, company away days, black tie events or exclusive weekend hire. Individual spaces are also available for day use.
Our secluded setting is intentionally understated, offering a sense of privacy that is particularly valued by high-profile clients.
Despite its peaceful location, ANRÁN remains well connected, with easy access to the M5 and A38, and Totnes station just 15 minutes away, providing regular direct services to London as well as onsite parking for over 50 vehicles, including 3 electric vehicle charging stations.
To complement your time on the estate, we can arrange a selection of curated on-site experiences for your team. These include clay pigeon shooting, yoga and meditation sessions, pottery workshops, mixology classes, gardening tours and talks, as well as chef’s table dining and private banquets and many more.
Corporate & Event Venue FACILITIES
THE HUT
THE HUT is perfect for corporate meetings during winter,
featuring underfloor heating and seating for up to 80 persons for a presentation, or 120 for a drink reception or informal gathering.
It's also ideal for intimate corporate dinners and new product launch presentations.
THE GLASS HOUSE
THE GLASS HOUSE is a contemporary orangery-style venue, defined by its glass architecture and tropical plants, offering a calm and distinctive setting for a range of events.
This space accommodates up to 180 guests for a seated dinner or 250 for presentations.
With excellent road access, The Glass House is well suited to exhibitions, corporate presentations, product launches, and refined dining occasions.
KITCHEN & THE CONSERVATORY
THE MANIOR HOUSE chef’s kitchen features professional-grade equipment throughout, providing a versatile and refined setting. Alongside the kitchen, the conservatory and two formal living rooms can be used as breakout areas, for meetings, tastings, or informal discussions. The space is ideal for product launches, corporate food tastings, and bespoke dining experiences, combining functionality with a distinctive, elegant atmosphere.
THE COURTYARD
The late 18th century courtyard is completely enclosed and gated.
It features six barn rooms, perfect for product launches and corporate cocktail receptions.
THE DAIRY KITCHEN
THE DAIRY KITCHEN is a versatile space, ideal for corporate meetings, cookery demonstrations, and private dining experiences. With underfloor heating and seating for 40–60 guests, it offers both comfort and sophistication in equal measure.
Perfectly suited as a breakout area during larger corporate events, the space also lends itself beautifully to bespoke dining occasions, whether hosting an intimate private dinner party or welcoming a private chef to create a tailored culinary experience.
THE LILY POND
THE LILY POND is stunning year-round and perfect for summer corporate dinner parties. This outdoor paradise is home to wildlife including a family of moorhens and various amphibious creatures.
GROUND AND PUBLIC AREAS
ANRÁN offers amazing outdoor spaces and public areas at ANRÁN MANOR, overlooking THE LILY POND. The pool is open year-round with an environmentally friendly heating system that automatically activates when outdoor temperatures reach 15°C.
ANRÁN ECO SAUNA AND Wood-fired HOT TUB
Destress and invigorate with our new Eco Sauna,
Cold Bucket Shower and Wood Fired Hot Tub.
Thoughtfully designed to complement the natural serenity of the estate, this private wellness space accommodates up to 8–10 people and offers a simple, restorative way to unwind. The gentle heat of the sauna and the natural warmth of the wood-fired tub provide a relaxed setting at any time of day.
